The NALN Secretariat are:

The NALN is governed by the Executive Board. This group decides the strategic direction of the NALN. Membership is made up of Chief Executives of all its member institutions. The Chairperson of Executive Board rotates annually. John Last, Principal of Norwich University College of the Arts is Chair for 2008-09.
The Finance Sub Group is made up of four members of Executive Board, and reports to Executive Board. This group keeps an overview of the NALN budget and of the allocation of Additional Student Numbers. Professor Stuart Bartholomew, Principal/Chief Executive for The Arts Institute at Bournemouth, is currently Chair of this group.
The Management Group is made up of senior managers and Progression Managers from each member institution, who are responsible for delivering the aims and objectives of the NALN. This group makes decisions on operational matters and reports to Executive Board. Chairmanship of this group rotates annually, and Helen Vine, Progression Manager at Hereford College of Arts, is Chair for 2008-09.
